The Company was founded on ethical principles, and has developed Specialist Church, Charities and Taxi Insurance Divisions.

Head Office opened in Pontycymmer, Bridgend in 1995 and we became a Limited Company the same year. This enabled us to develop our business nationwide.

The Directors Mike and Pauline Wood have over 60 years experience in the insurance industry. The Chief Executive Mike Brain has 40 years experience in the General, Life and Investment industry.
